My calls are not reaching my receptionist

Forwarding is turned on by you, on your own phone or with your phone company. Open your dashboard (or the app) and follow the step-by-step guide on the Your AI receptionist is ready card: it asks what kind of phone your business uses and then shows the exact steps. On iPhone, also turn off Live Voicemail and Silence Unknown Callers — they answer calls before your receptionist can. Then call your business number from a different phone to test it.

How do I turn call forwarding off?

The same way you turned it on: in your phone's Settings, or by calling your phone company and asking them to remove the forwarding.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. If that email has an account, you will get a reset link.

My team member cannot sign in

Team members sign in with a 6-digit PIN, not an email. Check the PIN is exactly six digits. After several wrong tries the app waits a few minutes. You can give them a new PIN from More → Team → Reset PIN.

I want to change or cancel my plan

Write to support@vanguardreceptionai.com and we take care of it. Canceling takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.

I want my data deleted

You can delete your account and its data yourself, from the app or the dashboard. See Delete your account for exactly what is deleted and what we keep.

The app

The Vanguard app shows the calls your AI receptionist answered and the appointments it booked, and lets you manage your team. It needs a Vanguard account. Business owners sign in with email and password; team members sign in with their 6-digit PIN. Everything the app does, your dashboard at vanguardreceptionai.com does too, in any browser.
